The Teen Advisory Council is sponsoring a social on Monday, July 14 from 8:00-Midnight. We will be watching the movie "The Others" (get ready to scream!), having a scavenger hunt (from clues in the Stories of Strength book--so READ IT!) and hearing a personal haunting experience from one Union Parish resident (true story). You will not want to miss this one!
Parents ARE needed as chaperones. If we do not have at least four adult chaperones, the event will be canceled.

JULY LIBRARY EXHIBIT ITEMS NEEDED
The Union Parish Library is accepting items on loan for a textile exhibit to be placed in the lobby of the library during the month of July. Items being accepted include: samples of quilts, needlepoint, lace, etc. Also of interest are any items related to sewing wares such as bobbins, ribbon, patterns, irons, period dress photographs, etc. Please contact the library at 368-9226 if you have items to donate on loan. The exhibit will run through the month of July to coincide with the annual Watermelon Festival.

The Teen Advisory Council and Drama Warehouse have some pending dates below that you need to know!
If you missed the last Drama Warehouse auditions--it is not too late to participate. We are creating a cheerleader squad/football players that will be on stage during the play. They will have only a few lines that they say all at the same time. If you are interested, please call us ASAP and let us know.

We will be planning July TAC Social--Possibly a midnight movie and Pajama party??
Drama Warehouse will begin officially July 21 and will run for four weeks--each Monday and Wednesday from 1:00-4:00. The final production will be held on Friday, August 15 at the FHS auditorium and will be open to the public.
We have made one more change in the script. The role of Counselor will be played by Alex Thomas and the role of Coach Sportski--who we've adapted to be a legendary football coach--will be played by Dakota Butts.
